Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.
Dates cannot be held without a booking fee.
The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance.

2. Payments

The remaining balance is due [4-6 weeks] before the wedding day.
Payments can be made by [bank transfer].
Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Travel & Additional Costs

Travel expenses will be charged at [£0.50p] outside of artists home GU478LQ.
Parking, congestion, or accommodation costs (if applicable) must be covered by the Client.

4. Trials

Trials are strongly recommended and should be arranged at least [3 months] before the wedding day.
Trial appointments are non-refundable and separate from the booking fee. Payments for trials are due on the day of the trial.
Any changes to styles after the trial must be communicated in advance.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing.
The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If cancellation occurs within [12 weeks ] of the wedding date, the full balance will remain payable.
In the unlikely event that the Artist is unable to attend, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund (including the booking fee) will be issued.

6. Timeframes before wedding:

- More than 6 months - Booking fee retained; no further payment required.

- 4-6 months - 50% of the total remaining balance payable, plus the booking fee already paid.

- 3-4 months - 75% of the total remaining balance payable, plus the booking fee already paid.

- Within 12 weeks - 100% of the total remaining balance payable, plus the booking fee already paid.

7. Date Changes/rescheduling

• Requests to change the wedding date will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking will need to be made, subject to availability and a new booking fee

8. Number of Services

• Any reductions to the number of booked services must be made no later than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. After this point, bridal party numbers and services cannot be reduced, and all originally booked services will remain payable and will be charged on the final invoice.

• Additional artists are secured months in advance based on the number of services booked at the time of confirmation. As these artists reserve the date and may decline other work, it is not possible to reduce their allocated services within 8 weeks of the wedding. This policy ensures that all artists receive payment for the services they were originally booked to provide.

9. On the Day

The Client must ensure all bridal party members are ready at the agreed time and location.
Delays caused by the Client or bridal party may affect the service and outcome.
The Artist cannot be held responsible for delays outside of their control (e.g., traffic, late bridal party members).

10. Allergies & Health Conditions

The Client must inform the Artist of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the appointment.
The Artist is not liable for any reactions or issues that occur if full disclosure has not been made.

11. Photography & Portfolio Use

The Artist may take photographs of the hair and/or makeup for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the Client expressly declines in writing.

12. Force Majeure

The Artist will not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, accidents, or unforeseen events).

13. Agreement

By paying the booking fee, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
